Standard Cancellation Policy

At B'Santi Cleaning & Vacation Rental Services, we reserve time slots specifically for each client. When a cancellation occurs without adequate notice, it affects our ability to serve other clients and impacts our team members who have prepared for your appointment.

Cancellation Timeline:

  • More than 24 hours before appointment: Full refund, no cancellation fee
  • 12-24 hours before appointment: 50% of the scheduled service fee may be charged
  • Less than 12 hours or no-show: Full service fee will be charged

How to Cancel or Reschedule

We make it easy to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please contact us using one of the following methods:

Rescheduling Policy

Need to change your appointment time? No problem! We're happy to accommodate schedule changes:

  • Free rescheduling with 24+ hours notice
  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability
  • We'll work with you to find a convenient alternative time
  • Multiple reschedules within a short period may require a deposit for future bookings

Recurring Service Cancellations

For clients with recurring cleaning services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly):

  • The same 24-hour cancellation policy applies to each scheduled visit
  • To pause or discontinue recurring services, please provide at least 48 hours notice
  • Skipping a scheduled cleaning does not automatically carry over to the next visit
  • Frequent cancellations may result in loss of recurring client pricing

Vacation Rental & Airbnb Turnovers

Due to the time-sensitive nature of vacation rental turnovers, a stricter policy applies:

  • 48+ hours notice: No cancellation fee
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% of turnover fee
  • Less than 24 hours: Full turnover fee applies

We understand that guest cancellations happen. Please communicate with us as soon as you know of any changes to your rental calendar.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. The following situations may be considered for fee waivers on a case-by-case basis:

  • Medical emergencies (documentation may be required)
  • Death in the family
  • Natural disasters or severe weather preventing access
  • Unexpected property damage requiring immediate attention

Please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We strive to be understanding while maintaining fairness to all our clients and team members.

Lockouts and Access Issues

If our team arrives at your property and cannot gain access due to incorrect codes, locked doors, or other access issues, this will be treated as a no-show. A trip fee of $50 or 50% of the service fee (whichever is greater) will be charged. Please ensure we have proper access instructions before your appointment.

Refund Policy

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method. For questions about refunds, please contact us directly.
