B'Santi Cleaning & Vacation Rental Services provides professional cleaning and property management services including but not limited to:

• Residential cleaning services
• Vacation rental cleaning and turnover services
• Commercial cleaning services
• Deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning
• Post-construction cleaning
• Airbnb and short-term rental management
• Event space cleaning

3. Booking and Scheduling

When booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your property and cleaning needs
• Ensure safe access to your property at the scheduled time
• Notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance
• Secure valuables and personal items prior to our arrival
• Inform us of any hazardous conditions or special requirements

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee may apply
• No-show: Full service charge may be applied

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various forms of payment including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers.

• Prices are subject to change based on property condition and scope of work
• Additional charges may apply for excessive mess, biohazards, or additional requests
• For recurring services, payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will address your concerns promptly. We may offer to re-clean specific areas at no additional charge.

7. Liability and Insurance

B'Santi Cleaning & Vacation Rental Services is fully licensed and insured. However:

• We are not responsible for damage to items not properly secured or disclosed
• Pre-existing damage must be reported before service begins
• Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service
• Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of damaged items, up to a reasonable amount

8. Property Access

You are responsible for providing access to your property. If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time due to lockouts, incorrect access codes, or other access issues, a trip fee may be charged. We recommend providing a spare key, lockbox code, or being present to grant access.

9. Pets and Special Considerations

Please inform us of any pets on the premises. While we love animals, aggressive pets must be secured during service for the safety of our team. Please also inform us of any allergies, chemical sensitivities, or special cleaning product requirements.

10. Vacation Rental Management Services

For vacation rental management services, additional terms apply:

• Management fees are based on rental income (contact us for details)
• Cleaning services are billed separately (varies by property size — contact us for a quote)
• A separate management agreement may be required
• Property owners are responsible for maintaining property in rentable condition
• We reserve the right to refuse guests or bookings that pose a risk to the property

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of B'Santi Cleaning & Vacation Rental Services and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
