Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, our team brings all the necessary cleaning products and equipment. We also offer eco-friendly options upon request.

What are your pricing rates?
Rates vary depending on the size, condition, and specific needs of the property. Contact us for a fast, free estimate.

What is included in a standard clean vs. deep clean?

• Standard Clean: Upkeep General dusting, sweeping, mopping, kitchen/bathroom surfaces, and floors, small trash can removal liner replacement, furniture dust and wipe down.

• Deep Clean: Includes baseboards, inside appliances (optional), wall wiping, interior window wiping, window and patio tracks, detailed work, shower scum, mildew and buildup removal. some pet hair removal.

How much notice do you need to schedule a service?
We recommend 1-2 weeks notice, but we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many of our clients provide access codes or hide-a-keys. We are trustworthy, respectful, and fully insured.

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
That’s where The B’santi Cleaning Guarantee comes in. If something was missed, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to make it right.

what do you not do?

Pet Waste & Hazardous Materials

• No cat or dog urine/feces cleanup

• No litter box cleaning

• No cleanup of rodent droppings, biohazards, or bodily fluids

Dishwashing & Kitchen Reset

• We do not wash dishes, empty dishwashers, or reset kitchens
  (unless specifically added on to a turnover or deep clean)

Bed Making or Laundry

• Beds are not made unless clean linens are left out and the service is pre-arranged

• Laundry services are not included (towels, bedding, etc.) unless added as a management service

Hoarder or Trash-Out Cleanings

• We do not handle hoarder situations, excessive trash-outs, or extreme neglect conditions we do however network with many great companies who do and can schedule you with a great local company.

Exterior Window Washing / Roof Work

• No tall ladder work or second-story exterior windows

• No gutter cleaning or roofing debris removal

Mold, Mildew, or Chemical Remediation

• We do not treat or remediate mold, heavy mildew, or hazardous chemical spills

Carpet Shampooing or Floor Buffing

• We do not offer carpet steam cleaning, shampooing, or machine floor buffing/polishing
  (but we can refer trusted local vendors within our network)

Heavy Furniture Moving

• We do not move beds, couches, appliances, or other large furniture beyond light repositioning
